NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election will be held in the Town of Lake Tomahawk on Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at which time the following officers will be elected for a term of two (2) years, to succeed the present incumbents whose term of office will expire on the second Tuesday of April 2009.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2008, and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 in the office of the Town Clerk.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 this is determined by the number of persons submitting nomination papers for the above offices.
