BID REQUEST
BLACKTOPPING

The Town of Lake Tomahawk will be accepting sealed bids for blacktopping the following roads:

Rainbow Rd West – approximately 1 mile

Fawn Lake Rd – approximately 1 mile

Big Buck Rd – approximately 150 feet

Bid Forms and Specifications can be obtained at the Town of Lake Tomahawk Town Shop or by calling Greg Kuckkahn at 715-277-2666 or 715-493-0225 (cell) during regular business hours which are Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Blacktopping”.  Blacktopping bids must be returned to the Town Clerk by Wednesday March 8, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Office of the Raymond F. Sloan Community Center, 7246 Main Street, Lake Tomahawk, WI during regular business hours Monday through Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  If mailing your bids, send to Clerk at Lake Tomahawk, PO Box 396, Lake Tomahawk, WI 54539.

Sealed bids will be opened at the Town Board Meeting on Wednesday March 8, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Raymond F. Sloan Community Center. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid which is most advantageous to the Town.
