Residents/LT Taxpayer Fee Schedule

$100.00 Wedding, Anniversary, Gathering
$100.00 Fund Raising Event (requires Town Board approval
$ 50.00 Kitchen and Peterson Room – Shower or small groups

Non-Resident/Non Taxpayer Fee Schedule

$250.00 Wedding, Anniversary, Gathering
$250.00 Fund Raising Event (requires Town Board approval)
$ 60.00 Kitchen and Peterson Room – Shower or small groups

Rates for “other” type uses will be set by the Town Board on a review basis.

ALL USES REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF A $100.00 DEPOSIT –Larger events may require a $200.00 deposit. Separate checks are required for the rental fee and the deposit. Remittance check and deposit are to be made out to:

No special set-up or clean-up is included in this schedule. A copy of the Building cleaning Policy is made available before use of the building. Any questions on availability of the Raymond F.
