Lake Tomahawk Website Committee Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, December 2, 2009

Meeting Attendance: Bob Williams, Rick Mazurczak, Pat Wingo & Joanne Krueger

I) Meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm
II) Pat motioned to approve the Agenda for the December 2, 2009 meeting, Rick
seconded, approved unanimously.
III) Rick motioned to approve the minutes of the November 11, 2009 meeting, Pat
seconded, approved unanimously.
IV) Citizen's input/concerns: None
V) Web Site Updates:
a) Bob motioned that we table any decision in regards to WiiFi /internet service at the
Information booth until Joanne has more information.
i) Yearly costs vs. seasonal
ii) Phone service - is it connected for the entire year?
b) Joanne will send JR updates for the Web Site committee’s page and the Parks Commission’s page

c) Joanne motioned to have JR to set up a Face Book connection to the web site,
seconded by Rick, approved unanimously
VI) Correspondence: None
VII) Rick motioned to not meet in January since there will be low attendance, seconded by
Pat, approved unanimously. Date for next meeting: February 3, 2010
VIII) Pat motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 pm, seconded by Rick, approved
unanimously
